I was very pleased with the care, warmth, and most importantly, the professional experience, ethics, and patience of Dr. Lopez. He is a lovely, sweet, and helpful person. Besides evaluating me and explaining my shoulder condition in detail and clarity, he also helped me with the translation with Dr. Yagnik, who was very kind, patient, and friendly.
